Cancellations
Your reservation is guaranteed by the payment via the secured page of the website or by wire transfer.
In case of cancellation up to 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
Late cancellations will be charged 100% of the reservation period.
Reservations of more than two nights or groups of more than two rooms
Cancellations of only one night/one room are free till 7 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellations of more than this are free up till three weeks prior to arrival date.
All other cancellations will be charged 100%.
Non refundable reservations
These reservations at the special reduced rate are prepayable and cannot be modified nor cancelled.
Reservations for the Holiday season, from the 20th of December till the 8th of January, need to be cancelled three weeks prior to the arrival date.
Refunds of regulatory cancellations will go through creditation of your payment method via Mollie or return via bank of your wire transfer.
